Te Arahanga has a number of kaimahi working from the agency either as employees or as contractors.  We are fortunate to have the support of many consultants and trainers in the provision of services to Māori in the region [links...].

Daphne Luke - Kaiwhakahaere
Ngāti Kahungunu, Rongomaiwahine
A Kapiti Coast resident for 20 years, Daphne's background includes working in a range of industries and sectors including: finance, automotive, building, health, local and central government.

Daphne is responsible for working with Iwi and community groups in developing economic futures and wellbeing.  She also works with Te Wānanga o Raukawa, is a boardmember for Business Kapiti Horowhenua, and is a member of the Māori Economic Taskforce. [More...]  Email: daphne@taoni.maori.nz


Carl Eldridge - Kaiwhakahaere o te tahua
Carl has been with the agency since his return from Australia in 2007.  He brings a wealth of small business experience with him having operated his own businesses in New Zealand and Australia over the past 40 plus years.  Carl completes all financial and accounting duties for the business including purchasing.  Email: carl@taoni.maori.nz 

Anthea Napier - Whakaruruhau
Anthea is the agency's Be Your Own Boss trainer providing planning support to Work & Income's clients from Paraparaumu to Foxton & Shannon.  She also plays a key support role within the agency providing support to both Te Rōpū Pakihi and Te Aho. [More...]  Email: anthea@taoni.maori.nz

Linda Pene - Whakaruruhau (Business Planner)
Ngāti Toa Rangatira
Linda has lived in the Kapiti - Horowhenua rohe for the past eighteen years after spending a number of years in the United Kingdom. She is a trained teacher and has had a varied education studying Māori Art and Design (including Whakairo) to writing full-time and tutoring Writing at Whitireia Polytechnic.

Linda's role is to assist clients into their own business by creating realistic and workable business plans for our Otaki, Levin and Foxton clients. She is also the lead facilitator for the Te Puni Kōkiri Māori Business Facilitation Service for the region.
